Bushels of Thanks!

Thanksgiving might still be a month away, but Belleville District 118 students are already showing how thankful they are.

Eckert's is happy to be participating in Radio Disney's MOVE IT program in the fight against childhood obesity. The program is sponsored by Belleville's Memorial Hospital and is designed to promote healthy eating and increased physical activity among today's youth. As part of our contribution, we have donated apples to all 11 schools, reaching almost 4000 students.

As a result, we have received an overwhelming amount of thank you cards from Belleville students, which are proudly displayed in the front of the Country Store. We are so proud of all of these construction cut outs, hand drawn apple trees and special letters.

Now we would like to take the time to thank the kids' for their gratitude and let them know that it is always our pleasure!
